forest-serval provides vehicle rental services across Australia. This website allows users to browse available vehicles, view pricing information, and submit booking requests. Actual vehicle rentals are subject to separate rental agreements signed at pickup.
Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from forest-serval, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid driver's licence for at least two years
- Present a valid credit card in the renter's name
- Meet any additional requirements specified for particular vehicle categories
Booking and Reservations
Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee vehicle availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team. Confirmed bookings may be modified or cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on this website are indicative and include standard insurance, unlimited kilometres, and applicable taxes. Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking and may vary based on:
- Rental duration and pickup location
- Seasonal demand and vehicle availability
- Optional extras and add-on services
- One-way rental fees where applicable
Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with the rental agreement. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Use for any illegal purpose
- Subletting or allowing unauthorised drivers
- Driving on unsealed roads without prior approval
- Use in racing, testing, or driving instruction
Insurance and Liability
Standard insurance coverage is included in all rentals. Renters are liable for any damage to the vehicle up to the excess amount specified in the rental agreement. Reduced excess options are available for an additional daily fee.
Insurance does not cover damage resulting from prohibited uses, single-vehicle accidents involving negligence, or damage to tyres, windscreens, and undercarriage unless additional coverage is purchased.
