What documents do I need to pick up a vehicle?
A valid driver's licence, credit card in the main driver's name, and proof of address if your licence is not Australian. International visitors require an International Driving Permit alongside their home licence.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of two years' driving experience. Drivers aged 21-24 may incur a young driver surcharge on certain vehicle categories.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before pickup at no charge. Changes within 48 hours may incur a modification fee. Contact our team via email for any changes.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
A 59-minute grace period applies to all rentals. Returns beyond this may be charged at an hourly rate up to a full additional day. Contact us if you expect delays.
