Our Approach
We started forest-serval after too many frustrating rental experiences ourselves. Hidden fees appearing at checkout. Vehicles that didn't match their descriptions. Support lines that went nowhere.
So we built something different. Every price on our website includes insurance, unlimited kilometres, and taxes. Every vehicle in our fleet is under three years old and inspected between rentals. Every question gets answered by someone local who understands Australian roads.
It's not complicated, but it makes a difference.
Fleet Standards
Every vehicle in our fleet follows the same standards. Models are retired after three years or 60,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. Between rentals, each car goes through a 47-point inspection covering mechanical systems, safety features, and interior condition.
We work with established manufacturers known for reliability on Australian roads. Our current fleet includes vehicles from Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, and selected European brands for our premium categories.
Maintenance records are available on request for any vehicle.
